SEO Account Director

Location: Shrewsbury, Hybrid

Salary: ยฃ38,000-ยฃ42,000

The SEO Account Director owns the overall SEO strategy, performance, and quality of delivery across clients and portfolios. You’ll partner closely with the Head of Organic to drive innovation, develop team capability, and influence both client and internal SEO strategy.

This is a senior leadership role that balances commercial impact with mentoring and strategic thought leadership in organic search.

There is strong potential for the successful candidate to be promoted to the role of Head of Organic Search within 12 months.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end SEO strategy for key client accounts and portfolios
  • Partner with Head of Organic on strategic initiatives and agency-wide SEO programs
  • Lead strategic client conversations and QBRs as a trusted organic search advisor
  • Develop and implement frameworks for technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and performance measurement
  • Coach and upskill team members at all levels, ensuring high standards of SEO delivery
  • Ensure operational excellence, account profitability, and SEO best practice adherence
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, search trends, and industry developments to drive innovation
  • Support new business and upsell opportunities through strategic SEO insight and thought leadership

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience in SEO or digital marketing
  • Analytical mindset with a good understanding of all core areas of SEO
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills at senior stakeholder level
  • Ability to simplify complex technical SEO concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Excited by strategic challenges and continuous learning in the evolving SEO landscape, in particular an enthusiasm to research, test, and develop our GEO service offering

Senior SEO Account Manager

Location: Shrewsbury, Hybrid

Salary: ยฃ34,000-ยฃ38,000

The Senior Account SEO Manager ensures operational excellence while driving strategic growth across multiple client accounts. You’ll oversee campaign delivery, mentor junior team members, lead performance reviews, and contribute to innovation and best practices across the agency. This is a hands-on role with strong strategic influence, helping clients achieve their organic search objectives while building a high-performing team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple accounts, ensuring organic targets and strategy execution
  • Collaborate on long-term SEO strategies, forecasts, and quarterly business reviews
  • Lead performance reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
  • Identify trends across client accounts and inform SEO testing roadmaps
  • Mentor and support SEO Managers and Executives in their professional development
  • Work with Head of Organic on SEO innovations, methodology and proposition improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, dev, paid media,
  • CRO) to implement integrated strategies
  • Develop client-facing case studies and thought leadership content

Paid Social Account Manager

Location: Shrewsbury, Hybrid

Salary: ยฃ30,000-ยฃ35,000 (DOE)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, with a clear focus on client goals and measurable impact.
  • Use your strong understanding of paid search to support full-funnel media planning and integrated campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with SEO/Paid Media managers, designers, and content creators to deliver engaging, high-performing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on performance, offering clients clear insights and recommendations that drive continual improvement and growth.
  • Occasional in-person attendance at our Shrewsbury office is required; proximity is desirable but not essential.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
  • Confidence using platforms like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and TikTok Ads, plus a working knowledge of Google Ads and paid search strategy.
  • Strong grasp of audience segmentation, creative testing, pixel implementation and data analysis.
  • Proactive and organised, with excellent client communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple accounts with ease.
