Infios case study

Through a combination of removing barriers to content accessibility, developing comprehensive content to target the right audience, and providing LLMs with additional context about our content and audience, we were able to grow Infios’ AI visibility and SOV to compete with huge corporations – and contribute to strong growth in online revenue.

The challenge
When Infios approached us, they were undergoing a complete rebrand and restructure – from Koerber Supply Chain Software to become their own entity. This posed several challenges:
- A website migration to a new domain, infios.com.
2. Zero brand mentions or direct backlinks to their new domain.
3. Being a new brand in a hugely competitive industry, with high lead value and a high cost-per-acquisition, they needed to drive more high-value online leads through organic search.
4. They had zero visibility in AI search, and no way of measuring AI search performance once the new brand was launched.
The strategy
Following the domain migration, our organic strategy was designed to allow Infios to compete with huge corporations with well-established authority in the warehouse, transport and order management industry.
First, we fixed the accessibility issues preventing search engines and LLMs from indexing and citing Infios’ website content. Large parts of the site were served via JavaScript, which LLMs couldn’t access at all.
With the accessibility issues resolved we planned Infios’ content strategy to target the right audience at different stages of the conversion funnel – through both traditional search and AI search. The latter in particular was a huge opportunity for Infios and a key focus for them as a business.
We then supplemented the new content with supplementary context for search engines and LLMs, including relevant audience data and insights through structured data and JSON files.

The Impact
The results we’ve seen in a short time frame since the Infios’ rebrand in Spring 2025 have been outstanding. Our work has contributed to:
- Growth in AI Share of Voice (SOV), from 13.7% to 20.3%
- Growth in AI visibility, from 4.6% to 11.5%
- 7% growth in online enquiries
- 56% growth in online revenue
The Review
“The website has become more of a focus point in terms of execution with the rise of LLM and due diligence being done there. Thus GrowRoom’s work has been significant in ensuring we built a stronger brand presence to stay relevant and appear as part of the right conversations leading to a higher overall submission and pipeline rate.
The fact we are able to associate 50%+ more pipeline to just a 7% increase in submissions would indicate a higher volume of quality leads.”
