SEO Account Director

Location: Shrewsbury, Hybrid

Salary: ยฃ38,000-ยฃ42,000

The SEO Account Director owns the overall SEO strategy, performance, and quality of delivery across clients and portfolios. You’ll partner closely with the Head of Organic to drive innovation, develop team capability, and influence both client and internal SEO strategy.

This is a senior leadership role that balances commercial impact with mentoring and strategic thought leadership in organic search.

There is strong potential for the successful candidate to be promoted to the role of Head of Organic Search within 12 months.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end SEO strategy for key client accounts and portfolios
  • Partner with Head of Organic on strategic initiatives and agency-wide SEO programs
  • Lead strategic client conversations and QBRs as a trusted organic search advisor
  • Develop and implement frameworks for technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and performance measurement
  • Coach and upskill team members at all levels, ensuring high standards of SEO delivery
  • Ensure operational excellence, account profitability, and SEO best practice adherence
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, search trends, and industry developments to drive innovation
  • Support new business and upsell opportunities through strategic SEO insight and thought leadership

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience in SEO or digital marketing
  • Analytical mindset with a good understanding of all core areas of SEO
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills at senior stakeholder level

Senior SEO Account Manager

The Senior Account SEO Manager ensures operational excellence while driving strategic growth across multiple client accounts. You’ll oversee campaign delivery, mentor junior team members, lead performance reviews, and contribute to innovation and best practices across the agency. This is a hands-on role with strong strategic influence, helping clients achieve their organic search objectives while building a high-performing team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple accounts, ensuring organic targets and strategy execution
  • Collaborate on long-term SEO strategies, forecasts, and quarterly business reviews
  • Lead performance reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
  • Identify trends across client accounts and inform SEO testing roadmaps
  • Mentor and support SEO Managers and Executives in their professional development
  • Work with Head of Organic on SEO innovations, methodology and proposition improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, dev, paid media,

Paid Media Account Manager

Location: Shrewsbury, Hybrid

Salary: ยฃ28,000-ยฃ34,000 (DOE)

We’re on the look out for a Paid Media specialist, who shares our passion for sustainability, and has a proven track record in PPC or Paid Social (or both!).

The Account Manager is the owner of performance across a portfolio of accounts. Youโ€™ll manage client relationships day-to-day, drive campaign optimisations, and play a key role in developing testing plans and improvement strategies in collaboration with the Paid Media Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the daily management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other social platforms where required.
  • Monitor pacing and performance against client targets (ROAS, CPA, etc.)
  • Create and deliver weekly/monthly reports with meaningful insights
  • Support the creation and implementation of testing roadmaps and Account Development Plans
  • Manage budgets and ensure accurate spend forecasting
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, responding to tactical requests and providing campaign updates
  • Brief Account Executives and review their outputs to ensure quality
  • Work with the Paid Media Lead and SAMs on strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and best practice sharing
